IIoT Database Connector

Reliable High-Speed Data Transfer from Databases to OAS IIoT Data Engine.

Product Overview

The OAS Database Connector product provides data transfer from databases. The data target can be from local or remote OAS Data Engine. The execution can be continuous up to 1 second rate, event driven from a Tag Parameter value, or at a specific time of day.

The database providers can be SQL Server, Access, Oracle, mySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, MariaDB, SQLite, SQL Azure, Amazon Aurora, Amazon RDS or Google Firebase. OAS Database Connector supports static or dynamic queries from other data sources such as device or operator input from your user interface.

Core Features of OAS Recipe

  • Send values from SQL Server, Oracle, Access, SQL Azure, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, MariaDB, SQLite, MySQL, Amazon Aurora, Amazon RDS, and Google Firebase to PLCs and DCS systems with full confirmation on successful data transfer.
  • The same data can also be shared with OPC Servers, OPC clients, .NET applications, Web interfaces, cloud servers like Azure IoT, and AWS IoT Gateway, and MQTT brokers.
  • Execute data transfer continuously, on event or specified time of day.
  • Improve database security by isolating the database from the destination application or device.
